Kimberly Ivy Blackburn was a paramilitary operations officer of the UNSC Office of Naval Intelligence and the UNSC Special Operations Command. Born in 2543 as the daughter of Alexandria Clarissa Blackburn, Kimberly was the first human being known to be born as the result of a "human synthesis" approach, that is, the artificial instructive direction of human development.
