Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zadornov, also known as Ramón Gálvez Mena, was a KGB intelligence operative who secretly assisted in the development of the Peace Walker Project. His first name, Vladimir, has the modern interpretation of "Ruler of Peace" or "Ruler of the World" in Russian.
