High Rhulain is the term the otters of Green Isle give to the warrior queen who is destined to liberate them from the wildcats, led by Riggu Felis. The original Rhulain, sister of Corriam Wildlough, died when her ship hit a rock and was subsequently attacked by wildcats. This prophecy is fulfilled by Tiria Wildlough, a young otter from Redwall Abbey when she is told in a dream by the spirits of the High Queen Rhulain and Martin the Warrior to go to her people on Green Isle.
