This is a form of Super Saiyan accessed by increasing one's strength and speed beyond that of Super Saiyan 3 by training excessively in it and then trying to access Super Saiyan 4 but failing. It can also be referred to as Full Power Super Saiyan 3. This form has only been accessed (so far) by Goku and his grandson, Rectrom. In this state, the strength and speed of the SSJ3 form is increased tenfold and mental capacity is expanded. When Rectrom achieved this form, he used his new brain power to create a new move called Retrospective.
