The Mandalore; however, was a shrewd military genius, and seeing the immense success of his Taung Hunters came to a decision. In a series of lightning fast moves, he consolidated his control over the entire planet of Dxun, conquering both the other Taung city states and the Zhell Tribes. As the leader of the entire Taung people, Mandalore decided that he should no longer bear the title of Elder, and created the position of Mandalore. Under Mandalore, the Taung Confederacy, as it was now known, invaded and swiftly conquered the remainder of the planets in the Japrael Sector.
