Admiral Dale Kilkin, Service Number, 007981-63882-GE, was a naval officer at the UNSC Central Command Reach Logistics Office during the Human-Covenant war. On March 9, 2543 Kilkin received a message from Vice Admiral Preston Cole. The message contained requests for requisitions and transfers in preparation for the Battle of Psi Serpentis. Cole told him: “I need my ships repaired, refitted, and battle-ready ASAP. Code these orders CRIMSON, and pull in favors people owe me to make it happen. You know what I mean.”
