After watching a swastika appear in the chat without the perpetrator being kicked, I realize that despite however things may appear, we do not have enough chat moderators (provided they are trusted and don't abuse their tools, is it possible to have too many?). While I admittedly cannot claim to spend as much time in the chat as some editors, I believe I would make a suitable choice for a chat moderator because I possess good judgement, behave appropriately in conflict, and am familiar with our rules and policies, including those of [[Special:Chat]].
