MegaKabuterimon (Red) is designed around a Japanese rhinoceros beetle (Trypoxylus dichotomus), with an almost anthropomorphic stance. It's shell consists of fused elytra with a green crystal ball at the base. It has a much larger horn compared to Kabuterimon which forks at the tip. It is red in coloration with blue hands and feet. It's torso and pelvis are skeletal in appearance.
