The song is an answer song to Leia. It is in the point of view of a girl close to the painter (possibly his girlfriend) and her fear of losing him to delusions and his love of the painting, and how much he's distanced himself from her. At the end of the song she decides to stay with him, and hopes that one day he'll return to his normal self and be with her again. The lyrics and PV suggest that she could be the person the painting was based off. The title of the song could form the word "Reality" or "Real" similar to how Leia is comes form the word "Lie"
