Blitz Boylston, known as Nerve in the Japanese version and Nervin in Stardust Accelerator and Tag Force 4, is a friend of Yusei Fudo. He along with Tank and Nervin (who is known as Blitz in the Japanese version and Stardust Accelerator) hang out in Yusei's hideout.
