Lisa is a babysitter that Ray and Debra hired in Season 3 of the series. Lisa was babysitting a girl named Katie McCormick. But when the parents put Katie in daycare, Debra hired Lisa to babysit for them. She would play Space Station and play with face paint. Ally, Michael and Geoffrey loved her. After Debra became jealous that her kids liked Lisa more than her, she let her go...then she was hired by Bill Parker to babysit Sally.
