He is located in the registration office of the Stadium, guarding the door on the left side of the room, along with the registration officer, Kate Hammond, and Cpl. Martinez. He is armed with an M4A1 assault rifle. He tells the player that they aren't allowed to leave the quarantine zone and to talk to the registration officer and proceed on to the field. Not much else is known about him.
