The Windows welcome music is the song that plays when you are almost done setting up Windows XP. It often goes unheard as sound drivers are typically not installed at this point. After installation it can be found in C:/Windows/System32/oobe/images. The composer is unknown, and the file simply tags Microsoft as the contributing artist. Various websites credit Brian Eno or Suzanne Ciani as the composer but this appears to be speculation. The BPM of this song is 101.
