The 2003 O'Reilly 200 Presented by Valvoline Maxlife was a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race held August 20, 2003, at Bristol Motor Speedway. Travis Kvapil won his only race during his championship season after leader Kevin Harvick wrecked his truck with just two laps to go to allow Kvapil to take the point. In the points race, Kvapil took the lead from Brendan Gaughan and had an eight-point lead.
