Jerome John Mrazek (born October 15, 1951 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one NHL game for the Philadelphia Flyers during the 1975–76 NHL season. He played junior hockey for the Moose Jaw Canucks from 1967 to 1970 and was loaned to the Weyburn Red Wings for the 1969-70 Memorial Cup Final. He then attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth from 1970 to 1974. He played two more seasons in the American Hockey League and then retired in 1978.
