Ico is a Sergeant in the United States Military and is the commanding officer in the battalion which is sent to stop Overt-Kill in Spawn issue #6. After it becomes obvious that conventional weapons will not work against the cyborg, Sergeant Ico orders the use of The Silver God. This unfortunately never sees the light of day, as Overt-Kill destroys the cannon with ease. It is not known what happened to the Sergeant after the battle, but it is assumed that he is killed along with the rest of the battalion by the cyborg.
