The tournament was organized to celebrate the release of the Battle City arc on Kids WB. 8 promos were given to the first 3 classified at the "Duel of Destiny" tournament. Moreover the winners received 4 passes for the World Championship 2004. The cards were not distributed at the Kids WB event itself, but were delivered to their owners only at the World Championship. 100 copies were distributed together with 100 "Exclusive Packs" to the participants of a sweepstake publicized on Kids WB.
