They were created with the purpose that they battle skilled Brawlers and their powerfull Bakugan, and if they win they extract that Bakugan's DNA, so the Anti Core could create a Anti Bakugan clone-version of that Bakugan by using it's DNA, thus creating an army of Anti Bakugan. Each one of them uses a different Anti Bakugan. For now, only Zero ARN was revealed.
