Dellko was a male Rodian who worked for the Tourism Council of Oluna Biqua on the planet Genarius during the time of the Clone Wars. Following the opening on the city Oluna Biqua of the luxury resort Night Imperial, the Council assigned Dellko to transport the Heroes of Cularin to Oluna Biqua. He flew them to the city aboard the YT-1220 Headliner, and landed the craft in the spaceport Port Epsilon.
