Ukulsid was an undead male gnoll and the military commander of the city of Surcross in Thay in 1480 DR. He received his orders from Szass Tam himself. Ukulsid permitted Valindra Shadowmantle to use his city as her headquarters but only because this was the will of his master and Szass usually paid no attention to the elven lich.
