Inosa Yamanaka (山中いの沙, Yamanaka Inosa) is a Jōnin of Konohagakure and a member of the Konohagakure Interrogation Unit. A member of Ino-Shika-Chō trio, Inosa has proved to be a master of both Sealing Techniques and his clan's special Mind Techniques. He is known by his moniker Inosa the State of Mind (精神状態の いの沙 Seishinjōtai no Inosa) for his ability to force a change in his opponents state of mind.
