In 1993, Peel played a recording of Brian Sewell reading the lyrics of The Beatles track 'Her Majesty'. This was taken from The Exotic Beatles compilation album, which featured alternative cover versions of Beatles tracks. Brian Sewell started going to stock car race meetings at Wimbledon Stadium in the 1970s and in 2010 made a programme about his enthusiasm for the sport for BBC Radio, Stock Car Sewell.
