The Shredder Elite name is used as the name of Karai's group in the SNES version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. In the game's story mode they kidnap both April O'Neil and Splinter. Karai sends the Turtles a letter saying that if they ever want to see their friends again they must bow before the forces of the Shredder Elite. Various members of the group taunt the Turtles about joining them in the game.
