Processing chooses 50 new books each week for display on the ground floor. Outside semester this takes place every two weeks. These are stored on a shelf in processing and then checked on Monday morning first thing. They are then placed on a trolley and collected by the attendants. Ensure that the trolley is labeled 'New Books'. If display contains CDs and DVDs then leave the disc in the case. (Except in the event of special exhibitions.)
