Vincef Ottony was a Seroccan refugee and ex-soldier who claimed to be a Sith Lord. Left homeless after the Jedi Civil Wars destroyed his homeworld, he arrived in the Refugee Sector of Nar Shaddaa and declared that he would become the new king of the Smuggler's Moon. He managed to amass a sizable group of followers, whom he dubbed the Holy Seroccan Army, and gained a reputation for brutality. Ironically, his actions drove other refugees to join his biggest rivals, the Burning Hand, and this led to a confrontation between him and Hand leader Ejif Wetel, which led to his downfall and death at Wetel's hands.
