The queen's men arrive at Popeye & Olive Treasure Seekers Ltd. and Bluto's Fortune Finding as the owners begin to argue again. To make their job easier, they throw a net over everyone to fly back to Delmonica. At the palace, the queen explains that the gem is not only valuable but the symbol of her leadership. It must be returned before it can be used to gain power over the kingdom. The thief turns his animals on Popeye, so he eats his spinach and then uses animals against him. Popeye recovers the Delmonica Diamond and returns it to the queen.
