CSL is an international army made of 15 countries. We operate from Lagos Island, a fully owned private island somewhere in the sea. CSL fights for a good faith application of combat rules when most armies are using them to exclude new groups from the game through sneaky sim configurations, fake allegations, abusive banning, unpublished rules, etc. CSL is using STABLE and Second Life Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty (SLSALT) as references but didn't sign them since no provision was made for their application and enforcement.
