Lorraine Stevens (nee Salter) is the mother of Mandy Salter. She first appeared in 1991 and she was a prostitute. It was revealed that Lorraine used to beat up Mandy in 2012, when Mandy returned to Walford and was talking to her fiance's, Ian Beale's daughter, Lucy. It was also revealed that Mandy had a daughter named Kira, which makes Lorraine and grandmother. She died in May 2012 of pancreatitis.
