In "Dana Checks Out", a young Louis explains about how he went to the nineteenth story and ended up breaking his arm. Miss Zarves supposedly signed his cast. In the books, Allison ends up spending a week in her classroom, where she is constantly assigned busy work by the teacher, with little oppurtunity to escape. In the end, Allison ended up acting like her classmates, and Miss Zarves kicks her out.
