Snow slugs were creatures native to Alzoc III. They would burrow a tunnel to the surface of the snow and open their cave-like mouths, waiting for unsuspecting prey to enter. They appeared to possess a large amount of body heat, seeing as their trails in the snow produced large amounts of steam.
