The Masked Soldiers (仮面兵士 Kamen Heishi) are the Commander Dopant's foot soldiers, created as a byproduct of his Memory. When the Commander Dopant uses the Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter to enhance himself, their powers are increased threefold alongside him. The Masked Soldiers were finally dealt with by Kamen Rider Double as Accel defeated the Commander Dopant, destroying his Gaia Memory.
