The Tramonti crime family was a criminal organization from the southern United States. It was believed to be the oldest Mafia organization in the country. Carlo Tramonti headed the family from the 1930s to the 1960s. The family was primarily involved in gambling and invested heavily in the pleasure resorts of Havana casinos and whorehouses. They also owned one of the most luxurious hotels in Miami Beach. Matty Parisi became boss of the Tramonti family in the 1970s.
