A few years after the end of the Clone Wars, Anakin had turned to the dark side, and betrayed most of the Jedi. After Anakin took control of the Clone Troopers, he corrupted them, and created the new Stormtroopers (who were ironically weaker then Clones). The Secretive Six consisted of six Jedi who trained younglings in secret. They were Jedi Master Yoda, Mace Windu, Ahsoka Tano, Shaak Ti, Plo Koon and Luminara Unduli. Obi-Wan Kenobi could also be considered a part of the Secretive Six, although he hides on Tatooine, awaiting the day he must return to battle.
