Noodle McDougal is a Cat who tried to kill Bucky after Bucky beat him up in a fight. He tried to get in Apartment 4F by telling Satchel he was coming "To make sure there are no loopholes in Bucky's life insurance." For a while Bucky thought McDougal was trying to poison him, so he forced Satchel to taste the food for him.
