Thig is a green, full-bodied Muppet monster from The Great Santa Claus Switch. In that television special, he was always seen with his partner in crime, Thog. But while Thog moved on to a featured role in The Muppets Valentine Show and later became a supporting player on The Muppet Show, Thig didn't make the transition and was never seen again. The Thig costume doubled as a guard monster in the same special, with different eyes, horns and a beak.
