G.P.A. Bricknell was T.G.B.W. Cribbling's assistant at MI6/MI7. A week after Cribbling travelled back to the Second World War to find out what had happened to Cribbling, disguised as an Unterschar-Führer. Cribbling sent him back to 1983 to falsely report that that his molecules had been scattered across the centuries.
