Romany Angelina Phoenix was a Starfleet officer who served in JAG during the 24th century. (DeltaFleet.org) Romany was the third child Alessandro and Rosa and was home schooled until she was old enough to attend high school. At 16 she was accepted in Starfleet Academy. She performed well academically thanks to help given to her by her mother, who was a professional lawyer. Romany had a particular skill for languages and was fluent a several different Earth and alien languages.
