Heinz Groebel was the Deputy Director of the Global Community broadcast center at Al Hillah in the Dramatic Audio presentation of "Glorious Appearing" in the episode "Angel Of Light". He was one of many administrators who was shot every 60 seconds for failing to interrupt the pirated broadcast of Chaim Rosenzweig's message. He reported to Mr. Silvest, who was his superior and a previous victim.
