Betsy Ross Matheson was a Silesian citizen and a member of the Audubon Ballroom. She was the daughter of two escaped slaves, John Brown and Boadicea Matheson. She lived on Jasper in the Saginaw System with her parents and older brother, and sold miniature sailboats by a lake in Mikolaj Wozniak Memorial Park. (HHA5.3: LD)
