The angry woman is a resident of Marcuria who Kian encounters while he is trying to get into a National Front meeting. She approaches the guard, after being sent a flyer for the meeting, and has an altercation with him. She then proceeds to tear the flyer into three pieces, two of which she drops and one she keeps, before going over to some friends.
