Timothy Kealii'okaaina Awa "Timmy" Chang (born October 9, 1981) is a retired American football player. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Hawai'i where he set several major college football passing records, some of which he still holds. Chang has also been a member of the Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Rhein Fire, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
