After an update, all 3 pieces of the Lederhosen clothing can now be purchased for a total of 4,000 coins from Iffie's Random Costume Shop, located in Thessalia's Fine Clothes store in Varrock. They give no stat bonuses, although, they used to offer bonus woodcutting experience. However, this bonus has since been removed since it became purchasable for coins.
