Queek was a male of the Race's Conquest Fleet sent to Tosev 3. He served as the Race's first ambassador to the Soviet Union in the decade after the Peace of Cairo, where he routinely dealt with Soviet General Secretary Vyacheslav Molotov, who had a separate office reserved exclusively for meetings with Queek, for fear of Queek planting listening devices.
