Sheriff Sam Boggs is a supporting character in Tremors: The Series, he only appeared in the episode Water Hazard. He was portrayed by Jim Beaver. After Tyler found bodies in Melvin's lagoon, he kept Tyler in jail, and began to investigate it as a murder. He later discovered it was a Giant Shrimp created by Mixmaster. He, with help from Twitchell, Rosalita, and Tyler, trapped and killed the creature using dry ice, to prevent Mixmaster from getting into the local ecosystem.
