Upas (Japanese: ウーパー, Ūpā) are a species of enemy in Xenoblade Chronicles. They have an appearance somewhat similar to Lizards, but with a large antenna on their heads. Upas are first encountered near the Ether Mine. They are later seen outside Colony 6, in Satorl Marsh, and on the Fallen Arm, residing in wetter areas. There are several types of Upas.
