The Rugaru Killing Gun is a device created by the British Men of Letters to kill Rugarus. The British Men of Letters don't always have to set rugarus on fire as they have developed this tool which melts the brains of rugarus and kills them. It was shown that this gun causes a rugaru to suffer a slow and painful death.
