Stephen Bliss was a writer and artist for Sonic the Comic. His main contribution was to write and draw the 6-part Pirate S.T.C. story while also contributing a few teaser pictures and pin-ups. Outside of STC, his biggest claim to fame is being the senior artist for Rockstar Games, producing the cover art for the majority of Grand Theft Auto titles.
