King Gordan was the ultimate ruler of the Gordarions. He was left to his own demise when his main vessel failed and exploded after an encounter with a temporal rift, in 2379. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X: "Experimentalism", "Occurrence, Part II") It is unknown whether he lived or not after this event.
