He continued to work for DC Comics, but freelanced for a variety of other publishers, eventually working on titles for Marvel including Spider-Man and Star Wars before retiring from the industry in 2005. His only Star Trek credit is as an artist on issue #30 "Uhura's Story" with Ricardo Villagran in DC Comics' first Original Series volume.
