Seaman was a sailor who was seen using the Men's Head on Deck 6 when NCIS Special Agent Caitlin Todd, who had gotten lost, came by, looking for the Deck 5 section of the U.S.S. Enterprise. He was able to provide her with directions, Kate left, and the Seaman was free to resume using the head.
